8 Mini Rants

I try to keep things positive around here. But sometimes a girl's gotta rant! (I mean, I guess that's what boyfriends and best friends are for, but I know you want to know what I'm ranting about ;))

1. When WKU decides it is okay to change all student e-mails. How stupid. Now I have to tell all my contacts that I have a new e-mail. Bluck.
2. Being woken up at 6:00 am only to be informed via text message that my school has not closed for snow is not cool. Especially when it was my school that sent the text.
3. I hate the fact that I am using a cell phone from a million years ago because new cell phones are so incompetent.
4. I hate it when teachers say they do not necessarily agree with Evolution and promise to just "talk about that when we get there" then bring it up the next class period. We are not there yet.
5. Teachers who assign five quizzes a night and 3o book reports for the entire semester. When has that ever, ever been okay?
6. To all people who cuss: CUSSING DOES NOT MAKE YOU COOL AND IT NEVER WILL. Thank you for your time and attention.
7. Oh here's one to think about: the fact that the channel "Nickalodeon" has no shows with real families. The kids have no parental figures and kids who watch the shows are taught to be rebellious.
8. People smoking while they walk in front of me to class. If you want to smell like that, okay, but I do not want to.
