So, in the summer of 2008, my youth group and the youth group from a church in Nashville teamed up and went to Mexico together on a mission trip. We stayed a week with Bro. Stephen and Sis. Marcella Tolman in San Pedro, Coahuila, Mexico. It was fantastic. I could seriously start a whole new blog and spend a lot of time there telling you about our trip. I'll try to keep it to a minimum here. We left home on a Friday after everyone got off of work and arrived in Mexico on Saturday night at about 11 p.m. Yes, we drove there. We spent the week working around the compound, painting and building and going to church. It was one of the best experiences of my life. On Thursday we went to a place close to Torreon, Mexico called "Cardboard Land" where everyone in the community lives in homes made of cardboard boxes, poster boards, and things of the like. It was life changing. I love it there!

Day 5: A picture of somewhere you've been to.
I'm a little bothered by this blog challenge's instructions. I mean, I can't just put ONE picture on here and, moreover, I sure can't just put one picture on here and then not talk about it.
